| Return Policy Due to the nature of "custom" dancewear, returns are not accepted. The items are custom designed, for your team or squad, and team size. They will not fit another squad. They can't be resold. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE ! Alterations can be done (within reason), but no monetary refund will be given. When ordering, you are given the opportunity to approve the final designs, and you choose the colors of the fabric and the fabric as well. If it is a flaw in design, item may be remade or altered only. If it's a sizing issue, item can be resized. Accurate sizing is very important, so make sure to measure each individual appropriately. We can NOT stress the importance of correct sizing enough! The final designs must be approved by school officials only. Dance coaches, students, and parents MUST obtain prior approval and authorization before ordering, if ordering for a school or organization. By paying your deposit on your team's order, you are agreeing to a contract for my time, material, and service. All orders must be paid IN FULL before shipment date. | |
